Who is eligible for membership at the Credit Union?
- Everybody is welcome!
- Employees, staff, retirees, or volunteers of health care facilities located in Washtenaw, Oakland, or Livingston Counties.
- Employees or staff of health care professional associations located in Washtenaw, Oakland, or Livingston Counties.
- Members or employees of members of health care professional associations located in Michigan.
- Active or retired medical professionals who practice or live in Washtenaw, Oakland, or Livingston Counties.
- Employees of our business partners.
- Family members of current members.

Apply For Membership Today! Download a PDF version of the New Account Application. Fill out the form and return it to the Credit Union along with a copy of your photo ID.If mailing your request, please send it and a copy of your photo ID to:

Online Switch Kit
Transfer your accounts to MidWest Financial. Online Switch Kit is designed to make the transition as simple as possible. Just answer all the questions in the switch kit, then print and mail the generated forms. It’s that easy!
